How to send your print files to Orange Print Singapore.

File Submission Instruction

To ensure a smooth and efficient printing process, it is crucial that we receive your artwork files in the correct format and following our specified guidelines. Proper file preparation not only helps us maintain high-quality standards but also speeds up the production time. Below, you’ll find detailed instructions on preferred file types, naming conventions, and submission methods. Adhering to these guidelines will help us process your order accurately and promptly. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

File Extensions

  • Preferred: *.pdf
  • Acceptable: *.zip, *.jpg (300dpi), *.ai, *.psd, *.tiff, *.png

File Naming

Do Not Use:

  • Punctuation marks (e.g., ! ? ( ) [ ] { } : / “ ; , . etc.)
  • Symbols / General Typography (e.g., @ # * $ % + & > ~ etc.)
  • Unicodes (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
  • Except for hyphens ( – ) and underscores ( _ ), please refrain from using punctuation marks, symbols, or foreign characters in your file name. Using such characters can make the file name illegible when uploaded, which may complicate the identification of your file. To ensure clarity, keep file names simple with alphanumeric characters only.

File Submission Method

For files size within 20MB:

  • You can upload your artwork file during the ordering process.

If the file is not ready at the time of ordering:

  • Place your order and then send the file to our email sa***@*************om.sg with your order details. or
  • via the form below.

For files larger than 20MB:

  • Upload your file to a large file sender platform online and send us the download link. Please use one of the following platforms:
  • Send the “download links” to sa***@*************om.sg along with your order number
