2. How long do NCR books and booklets take to produce?

Most stationery items are ready in 3-5 working days. NCR bill books and bound booklets need a minimum of 3-5 working days since they involve printing, perforating, gluing and binding as separate steps. Same-day collection isn’t available for NCR forms or bulk booklet runs. For urgent jobs, WhatsApp us first to check capacity before you order.

3. How are NCR bill books produced, as duplicate or triplicate sets?

NCR bill books are produced as duplicate (2-ply), triplicate (3-ply) or multi-part (4-6-ply) carbonless sets, perforated, glued and sequentially numbered to your specification. This makes them suitable for invoices, receipts and delivery orders where you need a customer copy and an office copy automatically. Tell us how many copies per set you need and your numbering sequence when you order.

4. What binding options are available for booklets?

We offer saddle-stitch (stapled), perfect-bind (glued spine) and hard-cover binding for booklets, catalogues and reports. Saddle-stitch suits thinner booklets, perfect-bind suits thicker page counts with a flat spine, and hard-cover gives a premium, durable finish for reports or yearbooks. Let us know your page count and how it will be used and we will recommend the right binding.

5. Can you add foiling, embossing or spot UV to stationery?

Yes, foiling, embossing, spot UV and die-cut finishes are available on stationery items such as certificates, corporate folders and letterheads for a more premium look. These finishes add production time on top of the standard timeline, so mention them when you order and we will confirm the adjusted schedule.

6. Do you deliver stationery orders across Singapore?

Yes, we deliver stationery orders across Singapore, or you can self-collect from our facility at Nordcom 2 in Sembawang. Delivery is quoted per order based on quantity, weight and location which is useful for bulk NCR books or booklets going to multiple office locations. Let us know your preference when you place the order.
