1. What packaging formats and materials do you offer?

We print paper bags, non-woven and rPET bags, mailer boxes, tuck-end and lock-bottom boxes, gift packaging, cup sleeves and hangtags on kraft, art card, white card, corrugated and laminated stocks from 250gsm to 400gsm. Non-woven and rPET bags are reusable fabric options for a more sustainable giveaway or retail bag. Tell us your product and quantity and we will recommend the right material and box style.

2. How long does custom packaging take to produce?

Most packaging takes 7-10 working days, covering dieline development, printing, finishing and box assembly. Same-day collection is not available for packaging since dielines and box-forming need lead time. For urgent projects, WhatsApp us first so we can plan the dieline and confirm a realistic timeline before you order.

3. What is the minimum order for custom boxes and bags?

Minimum order is typically 50 to 500 pieces, depending on the box format or bag type you choose. Bulk pricing improves at higher volumes, so tell us your expected quantity and we can advise the most cost-effective tier for your run.

4. Can you add custom finishes like foil stamping or window cut-outs?

Yes. We offer matte or glossy lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing and die-cut window cut-outs on packaging, plus custom dieline development for non-standard product shapes. These finishes add production time, so flag them early and we will factor them into your quote and schedule.

5. What artwork do you need for a custom dieline?

For box packaging we first confirm your product dimensions to build or supply a matching dieline template; artwork should then be prepared as a print-ready PDF or AI file in CMYK, positioned to that dieline with bleed included. If you don’t have a dieline yet, send your product size and we will develop one for you before you finalise the artwork.

6. Do you deliver packaging orders across Singapore?

Yes, we deliver packaging orders across Singapore, or you can self-collect from our Sembawang facility at Nordcom 2. Given the volume and weight of most packaging runs, delivery is quoted per order based on quantity and location. Let us know your preference when you place the order.
