Subscription Details

orangeprint.com.sg offers Agent membership in the form of an annual subscription. The subscription fees, including any promotions, are based on current rates and are subject to change at the sole discretion of orangeprint.com.sg. Subscriptions are non-transferable and are intended for the sole use of the registered Agent.

Agent Benefits

Agents will enjoy access to Agent pricing, which is available after logging into their account. Payments for orders can only be made through the Wallet feature available on the orangeprint.com.sg platform.

Wallet Management

1. Top-Up Requirements
   • The Wallet can be topped up with a minimum amount of RM300 and in multiples of RM100 thereafter.
   • Top-ups can be made using various payment methods as specified on the orangeprint.com.sg website, including credit/debit cards and online banking options.
2. No Interest
   • No interest will be paid on any funds held within the Wallet.
3. Expiration
   • Wallet balances do not expire as long as the membership remains active.
4. Security Measures
   • orangeprint.com.sg implements industry-standard security measures to protect the Wallet balance and transactions, including encryption and secure payment gateways.
5. Transaction History
   • Agents can view their Wallet transaction history through their account on the orangeprint.com.sg website.
6. Dispute Resolution
   • Any disputes regarding Wallet transactions must be reported to orangeprint.com.sg’s customer service within 30 days of the transaction date. Failure to report within this period may result in the dispute being deemed invalid.

Membership Management

1. Right to Terminate
   • orangeprint.com.sg reserves the right to decline or terminate any individual’s Agent membership at its sole discretion without prejudice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the membership benefits.
2. Ineligibility
   • Employees of orangeprint.com.sg, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and suppliers are not eligible for Agent membership or participation in any orangeprint.com.sg programs.

Termination of Agent Membership

1. Agent-Initiated Termination
   • Agents may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a written request to orangeprint.com.sg’s customer service.
2. Refund Policy
   • Upon termination, the remaining balance in the Agent’s Wallet will be refunded within ten (10) working days, subject to the following conditions:
     • Refunds are only applicable for cash top-ups and exclude any free credits or promotional credits.
     • An administration fee of RM100 will be deducted from the refund.
     • No refunds will be made for amounts RM100 or less.
3. Rejoining
   • Individuals who choose to rejoin orangeprint.com.sg will be required to re-register and pay the prevailing subscription fee at the time of re-registration.
4. Expiration of Membership
   • If the membership expires or is not renewed promptly, the Agent will lose access to agent pricing. The Agent can continue to purchase products on the website at standard pricing.

General Provisions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By subscribing as an Agent, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Modification of Terms
   • orangeprint.com.sg reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Agent to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

4. Dispute Resolution
   • In the event of any dispute, orangeprint.com.sg’s management reserves the right to make the final decision. Any legal claims or actions must be filed within the jurisdiction of Malaysia.

   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Severability
   • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
7. Entire Agreement
   • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Agent and orangeprint.com.sg concerning the membership and supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the same.
