Certificate printing is short-run digital printing of award, completion and recognition certificates on heavy card stock. At Orange Print we print your finished design – title, body text, recipient line, signature lines, logo and seal – at A4 in grayscale or full colour. Schools, training providers, HR teams and event organisers in Singapore order these for ceremonies and presentations.
You supply a print-ready A4 design and we print it on your chosen card stock, with optional gloss or matte lamination for a more durable, premium finish. For batches where each certificate carries a different name, we offer variable data printing. Every job goes through a digital proof before printing, so you can check spelling, layout and colour before we run the batch. Minimum order is S$10.

Certificates print best on heavy, uncoated or lightly textured card that feels substantial in the hand and takes a signature cleanly. Orange Print stocks ArtCard, linen, matt art card and woodfree from 250 to 350gsm. Full-colour printing reproduces logos, crests and borders sharply; grayscale suits classic black-text certificates. We set it up in Adobe InDesign rather than a Word mail merge, so each name sits in the right place with the correct font, size and alignment – clean and consistent across the whole run. Send your name list as a spreadsheet and we handle the merge.
Standard certificate turnaround at Orange Print is 1-3 working days after you approve the digital proof. Certificates are digitally printed, so they are faster than offset jobs. Supply certificate artwork as a print-ready A4 PDF at 210mm x 297mm. Keep the border, title and signature lines at least 5mm inside the trim, embed or outline all fonts, and set images and logos to 300dpi so crests and seals stay sharp. If you only have a Word or Canva file, export it to PDF first, or send it over and we will help prepare it.

Choose the right size: Ensure your artwork matches the final print size. Common sizes include A4, A5, or custom dimensions. Use our size templates if available.
Include bleed: Extend your artwork 2mm beyond the trim edge to account for any slight cutting errors.
Set margins: Keep important content at least 5mm away from the trim line to avoid it being cut off.
CMYK color mode: Convert your artwork from RGB (or Pantone) to CMYK. This color mode is essential for accurate color reproduction in print.
High resolution: Ensure all images and graphics are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) to avoid pixelation.
