Express name card printing is a fast-turnaround service that can produce professional name cards (business cards) as fast as the same day. At Orange Print, express name cards are printed full-colour on a Fujifilm SC285 digital press in a choice of standard name card sizes – 89×54mm, 89×50mm, 86×54mm and 86×52mm – plus fully custom sizes on request. You choose the turnaround that suits your deadline: standard (2-3 working days), next-day, or same-day for orders placed before 3pm on weekdays.

All express name cards are produced on a Fujifilm SC285 digital press using 4-colour process (CMYK). This gives sharp, consistent full-colour results with the fast turnaround the express service is known for.

Orange Print offers three turnaround options for name cards: normal (ready in 2-3 working days), next-day, and same-day (ready the same day when you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, subject to availability). Pick your option in the price calculator. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend are processed the next working day.
Our Nordcom 2 outlet operates Monday to Friday and we don’t print on weekends, so orders placed over the weekend are processed the next working day. If you need to collect on a weekend, let us know in advance and we can arrange collection outside our operating hours.

Yes. “Name card” is simply the term most commonly used in Singapore for what is also called a business card. They are the same product – a small card carrying your name, company and contact details.
Not on the express service. Express name cards are printed digitally in 4C CMYK on a Fujifilm SC285 press, so we cannot match Pantone/spot colours or print gold, silver or metallic finishes. For more complex colour or finishing, choose Business Card (Standard), which is printed on a more advanced machine.
PDF is preferred – sized to your chosen card with a 2mm bleed on all sides, CMYK colour mode, 300 DPI minimum, and text and logos kept at least 4mm from the trim edge. Every file goes through a free pre-flight check before we print.

2) Upload your artwork
Upload your print-ready file directly at checkout (up to 20MB). For larger files, paste a download link in the Remarks field. Not ready yet? Place your order now and WhatsApp or email us your file at sales@orangeprint.com.sg once it’s ready – just include your order number.
Make sure your file meets the artwork requirements listed on the product page before uploading. This helps avoid delays.
3) Add to cart and check out

Creating a print file for orangeprint.com.sg is super easy! For the best results, we recommend using Adobe software such as Illustrator or Photoshop. However, if you don’t have access to these tools, don’t worry. You can also design your artwork on Canva.com and save it as a high-resolution PDF. If you’re still unsure or need extra help, consider hiring a professional freelancer from platforms like Fiverr.com.

We have 10 tips to help you create the best artwork:
Choose the right size: Ensure your artwork matches the final print size. Common sizes include A4, A5, or custom dimensions. Use our size templates if available.
Include bleed: Extend your artwork 2mm beyond the trim edge to account for any slight cutting errors.
Set margins: Keep important content at least 5mm away from the trim line to avoid it being cut off.
CMYK color mode: Convert your artwork from RGB (or Pantone) to CMYK. This color mode is essential for accurate color reproduction in print.
High resolution: Ensure all images and graphics are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) to avoid pixelation.
Embed fonts: Ensure all fonts are embedded within the file, or
Outline fonts: Convert text to outlines/paths to avoid font issues.
Vector graphics: Use vector formats for logos and illustrations whenever possible.
Image quality: Use high-resolution images to maintain quality.
PDF preferred: Save your artwork as a high-quality PDF for the best compatibility.
Other formats: We also accept TIFF, JPEG, and PNG, but ensure they meet our resolution and color requirements.
Check content: Double-check all text for typos and errors.
